The well appointed interior is Burmese Teak and Holly. In 2012 the upholstery in the saloon was upgraded to leather and cloth elsewhere. The headliners have Rattan Panels and all interior wood surfaces have been revarnished and in top condition.
Windows and port lights are in good condition and have sun shades with high end snaps.
The Tokaido [the way facing the eastern sea] is laid out to comfortably sleep five with a double berth forward, a settee berth to starboard and to port a pilot berth aft of the navigation station.
At the forward end of the salon port side is an enclosed head, shower and sink.
The galley is located starboard at the companionway with a Wedge Wood LPG 3 burner stove/oven, Nova Kool refrigeration built in fridge/freezer and sink with pressurized hot and cold water and foot pumps for both fresh and salt water.
A forced air 'Espar' Diesel heater located in the port cockpit locket provides comfort below deck for those cooler days

The Yamaha 2 cylinder 13 hp 2Gm is salt water cooled and has been serviced and maintained to a high level. The fuel injectors were serviced/replaced in 2009. The reduction gear is Yamaha and original to there vessel. The drive train and wet exhaust are correctly installed and in good order. Engine controls are in the cockpit
All 7 seacocks are bronze ball and operational.
The 80 litre stainless steel fuel tank is located starboard side of the cockpit and hoses fittings, vents and clamps are in good order
150 litres of fresh water is stored in a fibreglass tank and delivered by 12v pump
4 x 6v house batteries are stored beneath the starboard seat locker and with 1 x 12v starter battery.
A solar power panel system is mounted on the dodger and awning with a controller fitted at the batteries for off grid cruising
A complete 30 amp AC/DC system complements for on grid service. The shore connection aboard the vessel is a ' Geendinning' and all outlets are GFCI protected
Access to all the 12vDC/AC panels and wiring is located port side at the navigation station
Navigation equipment includes a Raymarine /Smart Plot X5 with remote. Mount for an IPAD 10" Computer, Two ICOM VHF radios IC-M56 and IC - M72. AIS, Raymarine ST70/3rams Autopilot.
